MacArtney Underwater Technology - on the new product side, visitors  experienced the NEXUS MK VII (HD video multiplexer), the new LUXUS Dual 360° P/T, innovative additions to the SubConn® connector range and, not least, the brand new FOCUS 3 ROTV system. They will be featuring NEXUS multiplexers, FOCUS-3 vehicle, LUXUS Dual 360º P/T (Pan & Tilt) unit.

NEXUS multiplexers and complete NEXUS telemetry solutions: They provided the link between surface and seabed NEXUS multiplexers and brought together Focal multiplexer cards and other state-of-the-art telemetric technologies and are widely used for subsea applications such as ROVs, trenchers, towed monitoring platforms and other sensor carrying systems. Beyond interfacing a vast variety of sensors mounted on board a given application, NEXUS multiplexers work to provide and sustain a safe and efficient fibre optic link between surface and seabed.

FOCUS-3 is the latest generation ROTV in the FOCUS family. Application: pipeline inspection, large area searches and MCM, site surveys and sea floor mapping, cable route surveys

LUXUS Dual 360º P/T is a heavy-duty pan-and-tilt unit suitable for a wide range of actuation tasks and intended for many applications in subsea tooling. It represents a unique and powerful addition to MacArtney's LUXUS range of underwater cameras, lights, and media controllers.

Other exhibits included a broad selection of their LUXUS cameras and lights, various connector types including TrustLink API connectors, OptoLink fibre optic connectors and SubConn® connector range. Furthermore, they will also be showcasing TrustLink standard steel terminations and a MacArtney winch.

They are used by/of use to OEMs, system providers and operators at a global scale.

Their exhibits were of interest to those attending the Hydrography, Geophysics and Geotechnics; Marine Renewables; Ocean Observing Systems: Marine Technology and Services Sector Role in the Blue Economy; and Oil & Gas: What’s next for Ageing Offshore Assets? conference streams.
