EIVA a/s

EIVA a/s launched NaviPac 4 on the first day of OI 2016. A new version of their software, NaviPac 4 is the result of a major overhaul of the survey navigation and positioning software developed by EIVA and used worldwide by offshore professionals.

Visitors tried their hand at the new NaviPac 4 software in a dedicated try-out area – and were welcomed to bring their own data to load into the software. EIVA’s NaviPac experts were on site to demonstrate the software and its many features.

They also featured the entire NaviSuite software suite (including of course NaviPac 4); the ToughBoy Panchax wave buoy; and ScanFish III range of remotely operated towed vehicles.

NaviPac 4 users were all offshore/survey professionals working with survey navigation and positioning operations. Other featured products are used by professionals working with many different disciplines in the offshore industry, including oil and gas, offshore wind, construction, oceanography, defence and security, and hydrography.

Exhibiting provides them with the opportunity to discuss EIVA’s wide portfolio of hardware, software and services, covering virtually any subsea task. Their services cover software training (classroom and eLearning), hardware and software rental and 24/7 support services.

Those attending the following conference streams will find their exhibits of interest: Handling Big Data; Hydrography, Geophysics and Geotechnics; Marine Renewables; Ocean Observing Systems: Marine Technology and Services Sector Role in the Blue Economy; Oil & Gas: What’s next for Ageing Offshore Assets?; and Positioning & Metrology.

In September 2015, EIVA launched an advanced, single-user sensor data acquisition and processing bundle for shallow water surveys, NaviSuite Kuda, available at an affordable price.

NaviSuite Kuda is a single-user bundle dedicated to shallow water surveys. Its price matches the budget of small companies, while allowing them to benefit from the advanced features of the NaviSuite software solutions relevant to this type of operation by offering all the necessary tools to carry out time-efficient surveys that result in extensive end reports with high-quality data.

The NaviSuite experts, which you can meet at EIVIA’s stand at Oceanology International 2016, will also be demonstrating NaviSuite Kuda to any interested visitors. www.eiva.com
